Under 15 Jaguars
Our Under 15 Jaguars team is led by coaches Mark, Dale, and Lee, who work with a strong and committed group of players. As the team continues to progress in 11-a-side football, the focus is on further developing technical ability, tactical understanding, and overall game intelligence, while also encouraging teamwork, discipline, and enjoyment of the game.
The Jaguars compete in Sunday league fixtures, with kick-off times varying depending on the opposition and pitch availability. Matchdays provide an excellent opportunity for players to test themselves in a competitive environment, while continuing to grow both individually and as a team.
Training sessions take place every Monday evening, with arrangements varying throughout the year to suit the conditions:
- April – October: 6:00pm – 7:00pm on the grass pitches at Colne Valley High School
- Winter months: 7:00pm – 8:00pm on the 4G pitch at Colne Valley
These sessions are designed to challenge players, improve their skills, and prepare them for the demands of 11-a-side football, all within a supportive and encouraging environment.
What to Bring
Players are expected to arrive fully prepared for both training and matches, bringing:
- Football boots (or trainers for indoor sessions, if applicable)
- Shin pads (required for all activities)
- Appropriate clothing suitable for the weather and conditions
- A drink to stay hydrated
- Any necessary medication (e.g. inhalers), clearly labelled and accessible
