Under 11 Lions

Our Under 11 Lynx team is led by coaches Darren, Matt, Matthew, Michael and Neil, who work closely together to create a positive, supportive, and enjoyable environment for all players. Their focus is on developing each child’s confidence, technical ability, and understanding of the game, while ensuring that every player has fun and feels part of the team.

Matches are played on Sunday mornings, with kick-off times varying depending on opposition and pitch availability. This flexibility allows us to accommodate league fixtures and ensure a smooth matchday experience for players and families.

Training takes place every Monday evening from 6:00pm to 7:00pm on the 4G pitch at Colne Valley High School. These sessions are designed to help players develop their skills through a mix of structured coaching, small-sided games, and fun, engaging activities.

What to Bring

To ensure your child is fully prepared and able to take part safely, please make sure they bring:

• Football boots suitable for 4G surfaces
• Shin pads (mandatory for both training and matches)
• Comfortable sports clothing appropriate for the weather
• A drink to stay hydrated
