We’re Back — Open Age Football Returns to Linthwaite

After more than seven years away, we’re incredibly proud to announce the return of our Open Age team — completing our full player pathway from youth football right through to the adult game.

It’s a major milestone for the club, and we couldn’t be more excited to begin this next chapter.

A Complete Pathway for Our Players

Bringing back our Open Age team means our junior players now have a clear and supported progression into adult football. With a dedicated coaching team behind them, players can continue to grow their skills, build confidence, and stay part of the club they’ve developed with.

We’re committed to creating an environment where players can work hard, build friendships, and be part of a culture focused on improvement and long‑term success. As we look ahead to the Calder Valley Sunday League, this is just the start — and we’re ready to strengthen, develop, and support everyone who joins us.
