We’re excited to launch a brand new club lottery, designed to strengthen the future of our football club, while giving everybody the chance to win some great monthly prizes. Every ticket purchased goes directly towards improving facilities, supporting youth development, and helping us grow both on and off the pitch. It’s a simple and fun way for families, and the wider community to get involved and make a real difference. By taking part, you’re not just entering a draw, you’re investing in the success and sustainability of our club.

LINTHWAITE FOOTBALL CLUB 100 CLUB TERMS & CONDITIONS

Linthwaite Football Club 100 Club is a lottery with the aim of providing additional monies to fund the activities of Linthwaite Football Club.


Payment of the monthly entry fee is taken as acceptance of these terms and conditions.


1. Promoter

  1. The lottery is promoted by the Linthwaite Football Club Committee. Address: 3, Bowling Street, Cowlersley, Huddersfield, HD4 5TF. Email 100club@linthwaitefootballclub.co.uk
  2. The promoter’s decision in all matters is final
  3. These terms and conditions may be updated at any time by the promoter


2. Licence

  1. Registered with Kirklees Council as a Small Society Lottery under the Gambling Act 2005


3. Eligibility

  1. All players must be aged 18 or over and have a UK address
  2. Entries are accepted from a named individual only
  3. The promoter may decline or withdraw entry to any person who they feel is detrimental to the good standing of the draw and club - this includes, but is not limited to, individuals banned from attending football matches, fraud or other criminal convictions (past or present), revocation of club membership on disciplinary grounds


4. Entries

  1. Entry to the draw is £10 per number
  2. There is no maximum limit on the number of entries
  3. Payment must be made by standing order to the nominated account on the 1st of each calendar month
  4. Entries not fully paid up by the 10th of each calendar month will not be eligible for the draw
  5. Entrants can withdraw from the lottery at any time. No holidays or deferments are available


5. Numbers

  1. Numbers will be assigned randomly
  2. If numbers are or become available, an entrant may request a change to another available number
  3. Number changes are limited to one per person per quarter
  4. New entrants will be assigned numbers as they are available


6. The Draw

  1. To allow for checking of entries, the draw will take place in the first 2 weeks of any given month.
  2. The draw will be made in the presence of a minimum of three members of the Linthwaite Football Club committee or club membership
  3. The promoter will endeavour to conduct the draw in public at a Linthwaite Football Club meeting, but this may not possible
  4. One number will be drawn at random from the confirmed entries as the monthly 1st prize winner of £250
  5. Then a second number will be drawn at random from the confirmed entries as the monthly 2nd prize winner of £150
  6. Then a third number will be drawn at random from the confirmed entries as the monthly 3rd prize winner of £100
  7. If an unassigned number is drawn, the draw will continue until a valid number is drawn
  8. The first draw will be in January 2025.


7. Prize / winner

  1. The holder of the number drawn first will win £250, the holder of the second number drawn will win £150 and the holder of the third number drawn will win £100.
  2. If fewer than 70 entries are received, the prize fund will be reduced to 20% of the total proceeds
  3. If more than 100 entries are received, the promoter will revise the prize fund and distribution, and this be notified by revising these terms and conditions
  4. The winner will be paid within 14 days of the draw by direct bank transfer. Payment will only be made to and in the name of the named entrant
  5. The draw will be publicised on the Linthwaite Football Club website and social media. All entrants consent to their name and surname being released in such communications in the event of winning
  6. Any unclaimed prizes, after 6 months will be donated to Linthwaite Football Club


8. Christmas Bonus Draw from 2026

  1. An additional draw will be held in the month of December. This will be made at the same time as the regular December draw
  2. Only entrants with a minimum 12 months continuous payments will be eligible for the draw. No extra payment is required
  3. The prize or prizes will be determined by the promoter based on uptake of the lottery and this will be publicised by the promoter to all entrants.
  4. All other terms and conditions also apply to the Christmas Bonus Draw
  5. The first Christmas bonus draw will take place in December 2026.
