The Girls Teams

Our Girls’ Teams have experienced impressive growth and development since their formation just a few years ago. What started as a small section has quickly evolved into a strong and well-established part of Linthwaite Football Club, driven by increasing participation, greater squad depth, and a passionate team of dedicated coaches.

Today, our teams proudly compete in the West Riding Girls League, where they continue to represent the club with commitment, determination, and enthusiasm. The progress made by our players has been fantastic to see, with individuals developing their skills, confidence, and understanding of the game, while also growing as part of a cohesive and supportive team environment.

As a club, we are incredibly proud of everything our players have achieved so far. Their hard work, positive attitude, and team spirit reflect the values we aim to promote across all age groups.

With women’s and girls’ football continuing to grow rapidly in popularity both nationally and locally, we are excited about the opportunities this brings. We remain fully committed to building on our success by further expanding and strengthening our girls’ section, creating even more opportunities for players to get involved.
